How much is the one time setup fee    

The setup fee varies depending on the complexity and customizations involved. We are proud of our record to go live in 2weeks after customizations.

Do you support iOS and Blackberry, in addition to Android and Windows platform?    

Bizom App is available on Playstore. Bizom for iOS is work in progress. For Blackberry? - Are you serious!

What is the go live process    

Bizom business analyst holds a 2 day workshop with customer team, following which Delivery team customizes the solution to match customer need and then holds a conference room demo with stakeholders, followed by go live!

How we train our team for Bizom    

Bizom is so simple to use even a 6 year old can use it easily. Training material can be dispensed through Bizom's own collateral management workflow itself .

Security & Privacy

App and device level security ?    

App and Data Level:
  • The Bizom mobile app has built-in restrictions for protecting customer data,
  • No other app can access the data stored by Bizom app including collaterals or the database etc,
  • The admin and remote wipe out all Bizom data on a user mobile,
  • Once a user is deleted from the backend, he is automatically logged out from the mobile app,
Device Level:
  • Customers can use 3rd party apps to lock the user settings or dis-allow him installing any personal apps on the mobile device,
  • The mobile device vendors usually provide services to facilitate remote locking or management of the device
  • We provide enterprise class security.

Describe storage architecture?    

All Bizom customer data is hosted on multi-master sharded databases so that there are no interruptions to service in the event of a single server outage. Hot spares of all our infrastructure components are running and available to be brought into rotation at all times.

How is data protected in Bizom ?    

All data transfer is encrypted – whether users are at their computer or on their phone, absolutely nothing goes over the network without encryption. Bizom uses 256-bit AES, supports TLS 1.2 for all of your messages, and uses the ECDHE_RSA Key Exchange Algorithm. We monitor the security community's output closely and work promptly to upgrade the service to respond to new vulnerabilities as they are discovered.

Where are Bizom's data centers ?    

Our servers are located in Amazon's AWS data centers. Bizom uses four availability zones within AWS' us-east-1 region, all located in Northern Virginia (U.S.A.). AWS has devoted an entire portion of their site to explaining their security measures, which you can find here:

Bizom's approach to data privacy?    

Every customer's data in Bizom is private to the customer's team alone. We are custodians of data on the behalf of teams that use Bizom; each team owns its data. Teams can set their own policies for message retention and administrators can adjust these settings to suit their specific needs.

Service Level Agreements (SLA) offered?    

We guarantee that bizom will be available 99.5% of the time in a given billing cycle during office hours. Unavailability means that Bizom returns a server error response to a valid user request or data stored with Bizom becomes inaccessible during two or more consecutive 90 second intervals. Unavailability due to scheduled maintenance is excluded from these conditions and does not contribute towards unavailability calculations.
